Sam, Just a quick note to say thanks to you and your team for completing the job so quickly over 5 days. You have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing seemed a problem for you. In addition we are interested in having our roof redone. I think you said about $2,800 + GST. The only thing I would remind you of is that under the awning on the back deck, you won't be able to get in there with a high pressure water clean or spray gun. This would need to be done by hand. Look forward to speaking with you in the future.
Another fantastic job from Sam and team.This is the second time we have asked Sam to decorate our house..first time was painting the exterior of our property and this time the whole of the interior.Sam's quote for the work was in my opinion, very reasonable. Always turned up and always left the house tidy. They did a great job in all the rooms...we are over the moon.I can't recommend Local Painting & Decoration enough, you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I are extremely impressed with the work completed by Sam. Our old pine kitchen has been transformed at a fraction of the cost of a new installation. The quality of the paintwork has been impressive and Sam and his colleague have completed the project precisely as promised. Sam and his team have done an excellent job with the house. They were always on time, friendly and courteous. There was a hefty clean up afterwards, however and that might be an area to improve on. But the actual painting and the finished product is terrific. Good value as well.
